1. Egg White Omelette with Mushroom and Cheese

material :

2 tablespoons olive oil
4 Button Chopped Mushrooms
Chopped onion
4 egg white
Salt and pepper
Method: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan. Add mushrooms and onions and cook until soft.

In a bowl, mix the egg whites and salt and pepper together. After that add 1 tablespoon oil in the pan and then add egg white paste and cook from both sides.

Topping with mushrooms and onions and then roll.

2. Egg White Muffin with Spinach and Chili

material:

2 cups egg white
1 cup chopped spinach
Half cup chopped capsicum
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup of cheese
2 finely chopped onions
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Method: Pre-heat the oven to 180 ° C. Smooth the muffin molds or use silicone muffin molds.

In a large bowl, add the egg whites, spinach, chili, mushrooms, cheese, salt, and pepper, and mix them until a paste is formed.

Pour the mixture into the muffin molds and top off the remaining ingredients.

Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the muffins swell and the egg white is fully cooked. You can check if it has been cooked by inserting a knife.

3. Egg Cheese and Guacamole Sandwich

material:

butter
1 tbsp olive oil
4 egg white
 2 slices multigrain bread

1 avocado
1 tbsp water pan and salt
Chopped onion
1 tbsp tomato and coriander paste
Heat olive oil in an omelet pan and make an omelet with egg white, salt, and pepper.

4. Egg roll of grilled asparagus chili and cheese

2 eggs
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
6 asparagus
10 grams black pepper

Method: Heat the butter and cook chopped garlic in it. Now cook the asparagus chilies till they become soft. Add salt and pepper to taste and let it cook for a while.

Make an egg omelet and keep it flat. Spread the cooked vegetable in the middle of the omelet and roll the cheese over it. Now it is ready for consumption.
